wonderflに投稿されたコードのライセンスに関して質問が投稿されてました。
それに対しての回答の一つが以下のページなワケで、WTFPLだと答えているようです。

WTFPLというライセンスの形態は初めて知りました。
wonderflのライセンスの問題は、確かに気になりますよね。有益なコードを見付けて、それをそのまま商用に使いたい場合、どうすれば良いのか。と言う問題は出て来そうな気がします。それから、逆に、外部のサイトから勝手にコードを貼り付けてしまった場合。これも厄介ですよね。25行のコンテストみたいな事が海外でありますけど、この応募作をwonderflに投稿していた例もあったと思います。
wonderflの場合、完全にコードが丸見えな事を承知で投稿しているわけですから、確かにWTFPLで良いのかなと言う気もします。再利用する側はそれなりのリスペクトは必要だと思いますが・・・難しいでしょうね。
